The popular courses at GGSIPU are MBA, BTech and BSc. For MBA, admissions are accepted based on a candidate's CAT score. However, if the seats remain vacant after counselling on the basis of the CAT score, then counselling is conducted on the basis of the CMAT score. In case of seats still remain vacant, IPU conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admissions. Admission to BTech is based on candidates' performance in a national-level entrance exam, JEE Main. Candidates willing to seek admission to any of the BSc programmes at IPU need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria and appear for IPU CET. Admission to BSc (Hons) Nursi

If you have not frozen or floated your seat in IPU counselling, you may lose your seat.
To avoid this, you need to contact the IPU counselling authorities without delay and request them to freeze or float your seat.
They can accommodate your request, if there are seats available in the counselling round.
However, if all the seats have been filled, you can no longer get your seat again.
It is vital to read the instructions and hints of the IPU counselling government to avoid such problems.
