A rank of 157 in Biotechnology (Delhi Student) for the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) is a reasonably good rank.

For ordinary classes, there is no dress code at this college. In general, formal and casual attire should be worn according to the occasion. You can dress anyway you choose. No limitations apply here. Formal attire is only permitted when attending seminars. In formal settings, you must also wear only a white shirt and black trousers. You won't attend the seminar till after that. 
In any other case, this college has no dress code.

And if you want to take PGs, Alpha 1 and Delta are two highly safe and securePGfor ladies. My personal experience with these pgs was excellent. They would offer internet access and wholesome food three times every day for a base rent of between 10,000 and 15,000 rupees.

Additionally, there are numerous other PGs and hostels close to the campus.

Securing a rank of 157 in the Biotechnology programme (Delhi student and general category) in the IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) entrance exam is considered a decent rank.
