First of all, you need to know that IITM Delhi doesn't accept the score of JEE for any of their courses. The institute offer B.Com, BCA and BBA on the basis of IPU CET entance exam. Although you can take admission at GGSIPU with a JEE mains score for B.Tech. With a rank of 7696 in JEE, you will not be able to take admission for B.Com at IITM because for that, you need to appear for IPU CET. So your JEE mains rank doesn't have any significance if you want to take admission in B.Com at IITM.

Through management quota and direct admission one can secure entry into IPU colleges including VIPS without needing JEE Mains scores. Direct entrance to IPU colleges demands applicants to achieve minimum 50% grade average in their 10+2 courses which includes mandatory English subjects. The costs for direct admission at any college fluctuate according to both programme and varsity. The annual BBA and BCA tuition at VIPS amounts to INR 1,20,000 whereas BJMC and BCOM require fees between INR 80,000 and INR 1,00,000. The initial fee for admission at the university amounts to between INR 20000 and INR 30000.

To apply at the GGSIPU, You have to give the entrance of the university that is IPU CET and you have to score well in that exam.
If you qualify the exam or you get selected in merit list based system for some other courses, you to go through counselling process and document verification process. After all this, you can get admission at GGSIPU.

With this rank of 129000, you can get admission at IPU in dental sciences. I am sorry to inform you that 558 marks are not sufficient to get MBBS at IPU Delhi. You have to aim for 600 marks+ to get MBBS at IPU next year. You may get admission in BDS and B.Sc. nursing with these marks easily.

No unfortunately, admission to M.Ed courses at IP University is not possible without an entrance exam. They mandate either their own IPU CET (Common Entrance Test) or scores from national exams like CUET PG (Central Universities Entrance Test) for postgraduate admissions. So, taking and qualifying for either of these exams is a necessary step in the process.

With an All India ranking of 13,931 and an EWS category rank of 1,265 in CLAT your chances of admission to the IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) for the B.Tech LLB may be challenging but not impossible Admission is primarily based on merit from the CLAT scores. The university will release a merit list for counselling based on these ranks and will accept those scores in the summer of 2021. The cutoff differs each year depending on factors such as the number of applicants and available seats.
Given your EWS rank, it may be a better chance compared with your All India rank especially as IPU considers category-specific cutoff.
