Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University

The process to gain entrance at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) through CUET begins by registering for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) while selecting GGSIPU among your selected universities. The examination fee for CUET amounts to INR 800 for general students while reserved category learners must pay INR 350. Students seeking admission at GGSIPU must meet the 50% mark criterion from their 12th standard studies for entrance based on the CUET score.

GGSIPU JEE Main cutoff 2025 was concluded after the release of the final round of seat allotment for the BE/BTech and Integrated BTech courses. Getting admission to GGSIPU could be possible with a rank of 35000. Refer to the table below for more information.

Note: The cutoff for other categories, rounds, etc., will vary. 

To get admission to MD course at GGSIPU, candidate must have attained a valid rank in NEET PG. If you belong to the General AI category, then you can get admission to the college if your rank is below 58763. The last round closing raknks for different MD specialisations varied between 30 and 58763. 

For candidates belonging to the OBC AI category, then the closing ranks varied between 49 and 81901 for MD specialisations. To check category-wise cutoff for GGSIPU, candidates can go to this page. 

GGSIPU AYUSH cutoff 2025 was concluded for admission to BAMS and BHMS courses. The last round closing ranks for the General AI category candidates were 31113 and 72624 for BAMS and BHMS, respectively. Thus, the General AI category candidates can get admission to the college with 50000 rank in AYUSH. However, at this rank, candidate can get admission to BAMS but not BHMS.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasth University admits to BTech, Integrated BTech and other courses based on the exam of JEE Main. The university publishes its cutoff in the form of their affiliated colleges, including Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology and Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. GGSIPU JEE Main cutoff 2025 was also finalised where cutoff was announced depending on course specialisation. 

Aspirants are offered admission in MCA and MCA (Software Engineering) based on NIMCET, CET or CUET scores. GGSIPU considers NIMCET scores for first level of selection. In case the seats remain vacant after admission via NIMCET counselling, the university considers CET scores. The vacant seats after exhausting the merit list of CET are filled through the merit list of CUET. The applicants, if admitted, may have to study additional bridge courses as per the norms of the university. Selected candidates must pay the course fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Candidates need to complete their Class 12 or a equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate with English along with Mathematics or Computer Science or any other subject related to Computer Science to apply for BCA at GGSIPU. Hence, it is not mandatory to pass Mathematics. However, candidate must have passed one or other specified subjects in Class 12. 

Besides, aspirants who have passed a three-year Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for the BCA programme.
