You can apply for B.Arch only when NATA result is declared if you are thinking that you will secure 110 marks in NATA and 86% in boards then you will definitely get admission in good colleges like IPU.
Search for colleges instead of wondering for posts and answers, you will definitely get IPU.

You can definitely get admission in any of the architecture college, but the competition is tough for you, because you secured less than100 marks, but you will definitely get admitted in any of architecture college.

114 is such a good score, and you will definitely get selected for IP.
And, if you are from reserved category, then you will definitely have seat in that college.

Your NATA score is really very good. If we make merit list then you got 150.2 marks. You can apply for Maharashtra state because this is best state for doing architecture. And if luck is with you then you got Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai which is 2nd best college of architecture in Maharashtra followed by Sir JJ College of architecture.
