I am sorry to say but your marks are not enough to get admission for B.Arch in IPU because IPU colleges consider above 90 marks in NATA for B.Arch.

I don't think you will get admission in SPA, Delhi. As other aspirants whose marks are above 150 are also applying for SPA. The competition is huge. SPA closes its admissions when the seats get full.

I am sorry to say, but at rank of 21998, there is no good government or private college available for you.
However, you will get admission in average private college at this rank, like HMR, Amity, JIMs.

Sorry to say, but your score in NATA will not help you to get into IPU.
IPU colleges consider 100+ marks in NATA for admission in B.Arch.
So, there is no way to get any college for B.Arch in IPU with this score.

As from my knowledge about IPU colleges, I don't think any college of IPU offer automobile engineering.
However, Gb Pant College offer mechanical engineering with specialization in automation.
By automation, it means application of robotics.
