Because you applied to IPU using your CUET score, the course allocation will take place via their online counselling rounds. Generally, once the CUET results are out, IPU will come up with a merit list and follow-up with counselling in stages. If you've registered and uploaded your documents, then you would be in the first round of allocating. It can all depend on your rank, preference and what seats are available. If there are remaining seats, there may be a second round of counselling and/or spot counselling. Make sure you keep checking the official IPU admission portal for any updates and ensure you respond quickly to any offer. All

The difficulty pattern of the IPU CET is comparable to that of the 10+2 board exams. It is recommended that candidates finish the +2 curriculum.
These are a few of the crucial literature you should seek out:
Chemistry-NCERT Class 11th and 12th
Physics-NCERT Class 11th and 12th and HC Verma
Mathematics-NCERT Class 11th and 12th and R.D Sharma
Apart from these, if you want to practice more go for the below ones:
- Inorganic chemistry by JD Lee
- Organic Chemistry by Robert Thorton Morrison
-Physics: Resnick Halliday
-For Maths RD should suffice.

Yes, you can take admission to a B.Tech course in an IPU (Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) affiliated college, but it's done through the university's common entrance process. You must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and scored at least 55% marks in PCM. Admission is mainly based on your JEE Main Paper 1 rank—IPU no longer conducts its own CET for B.Tech (except for Biotechnology).
