HBTU is a government colleges so you can't get admission there via management quota, and as per your rank, your chances are nil for getting admission there, you need to score more than 150 marks in JEE Mains to get there, so look forward for any decent private colleges.

From last year, HBTU is no longer a part of UPTU.
You can take admission through your JEE mains rank.
