You have not written about the College/University name. However, if we say about the Northern region Colleges than the registration process of the asked course starts in the ist week of March every year.

The eligibility criteria for M.Sc Food and Nutrition of IGNOU is given below:
Educational qualifications: B.Sc Home Science with specialization in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition
Or
PG Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition or its equivalent
Or
Graduate (B.Sc. Hons.) or equ
