B.Sc. Nutrition would be the better choice based on your future plans. But I would suggest you to find a Masters programme.

There are plenty of Masters in management programs on offer in UK. Most of them would be for a period of 1 year. Almost all the universities in UK have that programme on offer.

Nutrition Science is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences or Home Sciences. Therefore as you are graduated from Life Sciences or having a B.Sc Degree in Life Sciences subject then you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters or M.Sc in Nutrition or allied fields from an

Yes, you are eligible to do M.Sc. In Nutrition and dietician as you are zoology graduate. Bachelor's degree (Home Sciences/ Medical/ non-medical/Bio- Sciences) or equivalent or relevant higher qualification.
