Nutrition Sciences is also an allied subject of Life Sciences or Biological Sciences or Home Sciences. Therefore as you are graduated from Life Sciences or having a B.Sc. Degree in Life Sciences subject then you are definitely eligible for pursuing Masters or M.Sc. In Nutrition or allied fields from any recognised institutes or universities from India or even abroad. Best of luck!

Duration: 2 years divided into 4 semesters.
Citizenship: Indian nationals can apply under the general category. Foreign nationals or Non-Resident Indians or Indian nationals supported by NRI relatives can apply under the Foreign/NRI category.
Qualification: Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Home Science or Nutrition or Dietetics or Food Science or Biology or Microbiology or Clinical Biochemistry or Life Sciences or BNYS (Naturopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) or PG Diploma in Dietetics with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Admissions:

B.Sc. Home Science will teach you how to cook food ad keep your home in a better way, whereas B.Sc. Nutrition and diet will help you learn about the different diet plans and nutrition plans to keep a body healthy. You need to think which interests you more and the decide which one to go for.

For the Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education course eligibility, students have to complete their 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination from a recognized board. Students who have attended the final test of their board examination can also apply for this course.
