Both the Nursing program and the Gerontology, Health, and Care program are different at Heidelberg University. The Gerontology, Health, and Care program comprises interdisciplinary professional and methodological qualification of a student while Nursing course at this university focuses on more clinical and professional qualification of a student. 

The Gerontology, Health, and Care program emphasizes on the aging, nursing care, geriatrics, psychiatry and health promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation. On the other side, Nursing courses concentrates on patient care, clinical skills and diagnostics.

It is very much an individual choice and based upon individual preferences related to related career goals and between IIM Ahmedabad and Heidelberg University for MBA.
