Hindu College does not release official course-wise placement report for any of its courses. Hence, as per the data released by NIRF, the below table provides the median salary offered to three-year UG course students and students' placed by Hindu College over the past three years.

No, there is no offline method of application. All the students must apply through the centralised entrance exam's official website, i.e., the official websites of CUET UG and CUET PG exam. After the COVID years and after the introduction of CUET UG and CUET PG for admission to Hindu College and other DU-affiliated colleges, the application process has shifted full-time to the online mode. Candidates can register on the official websites of the respective exam, fill out the online application forms, pay the course-wise application fee and appear for the exam to become eligible. The closing cutoff for BSc (Hons) in Physics stood at 99.66% and for BSc (Hons) in Maths, it stood at 99% in 2021. However, starting 2022, the university and its affiliated colleges, such as Hindu stopped releasing the cutoff scores based on Class 12 scores obtained by the students. Admissions now are subject the scores obtained by the students in the CUET UG exam. Those who qualify the exam as per the scores required for DU admission (and to its affiliated colleges) are required to register on the DU CSAS portal for final seat allotment.

Hindu College admission to all the programmes is entrance-based. While the college accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its UG courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the postgraduate programmes is based on the scores obtained by students in the CUET- PG exam (starting admission 2023). The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG from 2022 onward and the CUET PG from the 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was subject to merit scores obtained by the students in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. The following table mentions a comparison between both these top colleges of DU for their undergraduate courses in the field of Arts and Humanities:

Based on the details mentioned in the above table, it can be concluded that both these colleges are equally good and candidates can go for any of the two options where they qualify for admission. However, there is a minute difference in between the course fee and salary that the BA/ BA (Hons) passouts get after completing this course.
