Both SIHS and IIHMR Bangalore are reputed institute for this course. You should give preference to MBA as it a degree course and PGDM is a diploma course. Although both are equivalent but MBA degree has more importance than PGDM. You can also check reviews for colleges through following link.

MBA is a degree course and PGDM is a Diploma course. MBA includes normal curriculum, but PGDM includes other courses and it has better exposure.
