Hospital Management will limit your opportunities in longer run because it will remain with your CV. Better to General MBA and do some short course in Hospital Mgt. If you still firm on being in Hospital Industry only, go ahead. Doing it will help you. Understand what type of life you will get and feel, in the career you choose.
