Hotel Management:
Let's say, I am a hotel manager. Every day, when I wake up my early schedule might look like this;
Take a tour of the property. Attend/coordinate meetings with the Holds. Review important documents & hotel performance data. Check key statistics like occupancy data, daily audit reports of the revenues, etc.
Returning important phone calls & reply to Emails. Assist in troubleshooting various inter-departmental issues as well any other general issues. Up to that point, am only dealing the hotels operations part by connecting the dots & making sure everything is working fine. That, in my opinion, is Hotel Management

Essential Food Safety and Hygiene Practices are Compulsory for the Students of Hotel Management and every student must keep this In mind. However, Sikh students are exempted with some guidelines.
