Hi, For admission in MBA, graduation is the minimum qualification, then universities go for percentage, test and interviews.

Yes, for sure. But, you need to have good speaking skills. If it is other foreign language other than English, you need to go for training. So, it won't be difficult for you to go and work abroad.
