The course is being offered at all the IHMs in India by NCHMCT, Ministry of Tourism; and IGNOU. If you are going for hotel management. Then this course would always be better.

Its depend on cut-off, I do not have much knowledge about CET cut-off but you could see last year cut off on university website to have an idea whether you will get admission or not.
