If you want to study in good colleges and universities, check the detailed ranking of Canadian colleges on webometrics.com. Compare the ranking of colleges, remember if you go for a university, it is very costly but college's education is reasonable.

The minimum eligibility to apply is:
Class 12th: 40%
Other eligibility criteria
Candidates who have completed 10+2 from any State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured minimum 50% marks in one year vocational course related to hospitality studies may also apply.

You can do your BHM through distance. It is one of the best course to pursue in. You just need 10+2 for Bachelor's degree and if you want to do DHM you just need to have 10 pass from an recognised university.
