The basis difference is that Graduate Diploma courses are of 1 year while the Graduate Certificate courses are for 0.5 years. You may opt one as per your convenience and planning.

You can opt for BBA or a graduation and later MBA in Hospitality Management. Other option include BTA/MTA track.
