BHM covers hotel operations and functionalities such as front office, housekeeping, and management but Culinary Arts focuses only on cooking and kitchen skills.
Culinary Arts graduates usually work as chefs or food specialists but BHM graduates can work as managers, supervisors, or hospitality leaders.

Yes, BHM is an excellent choice for students planning to open their own restaurant, café, or catering business.
The course equips you with skills in food production, kitchen management, costing, marketing, and customer service. With added business acumen and practical exposure, many graduates become successful food entrepreneurs.

A BHM course clearly has more value than a Diploma because it provides a comprehensive training with a wider career scope and better placement opportunities.
It also opens a door that allows for higher studies like MBA or MHM.
But, Diplomas are shorter and more of a job-oriented, but they may not offer managerial positions.

BHM is all about the process of managing and catering, which includes the entire hotel operations and functionalities. It include both the service skills with managerial skills.
But, BSc Hotel Management is more about the scientific side of the hospitality. It includes topics such as food science, catering technology and housekeeping techniques.
