First, I am going to mention all the IIMs. IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Kozhikode, Indore, Shillong I. e ABCLIKS (these form the old IIMs). HR is good in IISWBM but the package is a bit low like 5 LPA or 5.5 LPA. Faculties are excellent.
The curriculum of MBA (HR) is too good.

The strength for HRM is somewhere close to 30-35 students in SIES every year and all of them got placed. Hope this is helpful.

It all depends on your calibre, average package doesn't bar any where. This is from studies that the average pay for a Human Resources (HR) Manager is Rs 6L per year & can't say about IILM or any institute.

Go for next MAT or coming year CAT for a healthy score, so that you do not need to ask this. Nobody can predict the situation of placement in an average B School.
