Hello dear!
It all depends on your calibre, average package doesn't bar any where. This is from studies that the average pay for a Human Resources (HR) Manager is Rs 6L per year & can't say about IILM or any institute.

Go for next MAT or coming year CAT for a healthy score, so that you do not need to ask this. Nobody can predict the situation of placement in an average B School. In our college, the placement officer (whose corporate hold was satisfactory or not bad) suddenly got a better offer and quit our college and we were in unfathomable deep and next one was unable to bring the core job profile and students were foisted in bulk hire and fire profile. So, be clever before investment. Try for a healthy score card and chase tier 1 of MAT/CMAT.

Apart from SIBM, Pune and SCMHRD, Pune other Symbiosis college placements are not so gloomy. The ROI is not satisfactory and the average revolves around 7-9 lakhs.

The average package of HR is 5.2 LPA and the highest is 9.2 LPA. 99% of the students are placed and IPE is the most preferred destination of top companies. So, you will never have regrets for choosing IPE.

The placement record is average. Fee is too high. Please do not run behind any college, after seeing the promotional promise like Rs. 7.2 Lakhs package or 100% placement guarantee.' You should know, at the end of the day, you will take a stable job. So, you should decide wisely, whether to choose the bottom pyramid and play gamble with such huge investment or to make a healthy score card to have the tier I colleges.
