Yes, you are eligible to pursue Master's Degree in English after completion of Bachelor in Elementary Education from Delhi University. To pursue Master's Degree in English the eligibility criteria is you need to pass your graduation with English (Major). For entrance-based M.A. English admission, students have to achieve 45% from a recognised university in B.A. English Hons. For SC ST candidates, 40.5 marks are required. If the student has a graduation degree in a specialisation, then the minimum percentage required is 50% marks.

Distance learning is a very good option in today's world situation. A typical M.A. Psychology degree from IGNOU costs approximately 18,600 Rs. Also to mention that with change in institution the cost of the degree will also change roughly it can be around 20,000 Rs. To 50,000 Rs.
