Yes, Odisha State Open University (OSOU) offers three-year long BA (Hons) programmes. The UG-level course is available in different specialisations, including Hindi, Sociology, Odia, Economics, etc. Admission in these courses is subject to fulfilment of the eligibility requirements. There are a total of 13 state open universities in India, currently. Aspirants can apply for admission in either of this as per requirement. OSOU BA (H) course is recognised. OSOU is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Distance Education Bureau (DEB), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bar Council of India (BCI), and Medical Council of India (MCI). There are currently 13 state open universities. Odisha State Open University offers BA (H) course across various specialisations. Admission is subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. The total tuition fees for the course is INR 11,700 as per official website/ sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

Both the mentioned open universities can be compared based on their course fees, degree value, students reviews, curriculum, etc. In fee comparison, NSOU BA (H) course is cheaper with tuition fees of INR 9,900, while BA (H) at Odisha State Open University is INR 11,700.
