ADMISSION GUIDELINES
Selection is based on Merit of the qualifying exam and/or Entrance Test conducted by the university.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidate should have passed a Bachelors Degree in the relevant stream from a recognized university.
He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate.

Well, the answer for your question is simple and that is, YES! He can complete his graduation but there are certain rules and regulation and that varies from college to college. So, all you have to do is ask about it in the college or university in which he has done his FYBA and then move further accordingly!

BA (Honours) Hindi at Delhi University (DU) is a three year and six semester course which focuses deeply on Hindi language, literature, its history and also cultural aspects.
Under the current NEP/UGCF structure it has core, elective and also skill based subjects.

Even though your intentions are good, I am afraid you are a little late. By now, the admission process is about to come to a close. I suggest you start in time in next year if you are interested in this course.

For getting admission in SYBA or TYBA, you must be doing FYBA from somewhere. Right? I am afraid, practically it's not feasible. If you are doing FYBA, then it's equivalence in this new university needs to be established. Then getting migration, acceptance by proposed university are very tough. It is better to continue in present university or start afresh in new place.
