Hello Ashutosh,
In my opinion, 'Maharaja Agrasen'is better than 'Shaheed Bhagat Singh' because the former is ranked at 32 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is no where in the top 100. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (E) is ranked at 99 though. Maharaja Agrasen has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'.

If you have done B.A. Or equivalent in Hindi literature /theatre /fine arts, you can get admission in any prestigious university /college through attaining good marks in these entrance exam. Most of the universities like DU, BHU, JNU, University of Hyderabad, University of Madras, University of Calcutta, etc. Are best for M.A. In Hindi theater /drama. Keep searching colleges on Shiksha's website. You will find your match.

Degree will always be better in terms of qualification. Diploma would be preferred in some jobs. Depends on what you want to achieve or what your goal is.
