MA done from IGNOU is of course enough to make you eligible for pursuing your ambition of doing doctorate. Normally speaking one should get 50% in MA. To be eligible but in addition entrance exam needs to be passed also. IGNOU also offers Ph.D. You can think of doing it.

These days all universities display questions along with answer keys on the website. It's usually downloadable. Else you should join a coaching class for this.
