Hi Rashmi,
Since you are an MBA in HR, the suggestion would be to opt for Ph.D. in Human Resource or Doctor of Philosophy in HR.
Top colleges:
Shri Jagdishprasad Jhabarmal Tibrewala University
Christ University
CMR Institute of Technology, CMR Group of Institutions. Jamia Millia Islamia.
These are a few.

Hi,
The webpage is silent about the number of seats available. It would be recommendable to get in touch with the college officials for the detailed information.
Thanks

Hi Rohit,
Regarding correspondence education. There are many universities like:
However, IGNOU has the toughest evaluation process so, one would have to work hard as IGNOU doesn't provide the best quality teaching. Overall, the result would greatly depend if you can do self-study. However since all these facts lead us to work hard by ourselves and, I believe IGNOU is a better institution ( than SOL DU, as you might not get much support from DU ).

Well for specialization in one form, it is advisable to do Masters. But if you don't want to do so, then try to refine your working skills in your form of choice. You can start working in school. That will also provide you exposure. Whatever you do, practice hard and emphasize on precision.
