The admissions are based on rank in GATE / UGC-NET / CSIR-NET / SET/ CET.
In order to apply for admission, you need to fill the online application form (September 1-21, 2018).

Yes, after completing M.Tech, you can go for Ph.D. You need to have scored 55%. Admissions are based on rank in GATE/ UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/SET/ CET.

For admission in MA in public administration, you must have graduated with 50% marks. Final year appearing candidates can also apply on the provisional basis. SC/ST candidates must have secured passing marks.

What field of work do you want to go into? If you want to become a teacher, pursue B.Ed or equivalent. If you want to become a lecturer, get an MA. Choose according to your field of interest.

It depends on the college. If you are doing it from Calcutta University then it is good as CU has a good reputation, but not all colleges under CU has a good rapport.
