For DU and JNU, the expected cutoff for MA Sanskrit is generally between 80-100 for the General category. Nevertheless, cutoffs are subject to variations depending on parameters such as applicant numbers and number of seats. Being a former DU student would not necessarily make a difference. Your score is good, you can easily get admission in both of the colleges.

Hey yes, you can still get into the 5th sem of B.A. in most mumbai colleges even with a KT in one 3rd sem subject. as per mumbai university's ATKT rules, you're good if you've cleared all first-year subjects and have only one backlog. still, it's best to check with the college directly to be sure!

Yes, you are eligible for the SET exam if you do your MA in online mode, as long as the degree is from a UGC-approved university. Online degrees from approved universities are deemed valid by UGC. Make sure your university is recognised by UGC and check particular SET exam eligibility on the official website for absolute eligibility.

Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi offers only M.A in English course and for that also you will have to appear and get good score in CUET (PG).
You will have to attend the classes and maintain at least 67% attendance for appearing in the Semester exams.
