Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham offers various state-level and national-level scholarships based on academic excellence and financial need. Some of the notable scholarships include those for GATE-qualified candidates and non-GATE students. The Amrita Chancellor Scholarship is a 100% tuition fee waiver for students who achieve over 75% in their Grade 12, undergraduate, or postgraduate studies. Although the information on MA scholarships is not specific, the university awards scholarships for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes at its discretion.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham can accommodate more than 100 students in the seats under the MA programme. The number will differ based on the requirements of the college and seat reservations due to government regulations. There is a proper system of admission, and the admitted students are evaluated based on their bachelor's degree and aggregate marks. However, the selection is based on merit. Prospective students are recommended to refer to the official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding seat availability and admission criteria.

It's possible that SRM offers BA in Psychology under a different name (e.g., Applied Psychology, or it might be a specialisation within another program). Also, their course offerings can change.

To find out for sure:

 * Check the SRM website thoroughly: Look for related departments (like Humanities or Social Sciences) or programs that might include psychology.

 * Contact SRM admissions: They can give you the most accurate information on current programs and how to apply.
