The BA in Economics at GITAM Hyderabad focuses on micro/macroeconomics and quantitative techniques. Psychology emphasises clinical, organisational, and research methods. English focuses on literary studies, communication, and cultural studies. Each programme combines project work to help develop critical thinking skills in students and prepare them for careers in research as well as corporate sectors.

Of course, it is. But only when you're into R&D or teaching roles. Otherwise, there's no point in spending your time and effort on a PhD degree. You can get a well-paying job even with a master's degree.

The curriculum of MA programme in MIT-WPU includes optional subjects in the 4th semester. Students have to choice to opt for subjects such as Film Appreciation and Public Policy & Advocacy.

All Scholarships for the MA programme in MIT-WPU are awarded on a First Come First Serve basis. These scholarships are given in the form of fee adjustments on the tuition fee of the MA programme.

I guess both fields have different career objectives. There's no comparison between these two. Engineering is all about technical areas, and the Social Sciences are inclined toward politics, social issues, human behaviour, etc.

First of all, a PhD is the highest-level of degree, and you need to go through the whole long process of educational degrees to pursue a PhD. So, it will depend on the subjects you choose at your 12th, UG, and PG levels.

To continue the scholarship for the entire duration of the MA programme at MIT-WPU, the minimum academic score that has to be maintained by the student in all semesters is 8 CGPA. The student also need to have minimum attendance of 80%. The student must ensure that there is no disciplinary action against the student for the scholarship to continue.
