HITAM provides minors in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IoT (Internet of Things) and Cyber Security, among others. You can take these minor programs together with your main BTech subject. The BTech Integrated Twinning programme is provided as a three-year study at HITAM and two years of study at the institute's international partner university. In this course, candidates are required to study for the first three years at HITAM and the remaining two years for an MS at International Partner University. Moreover, to get into an international university, the GRE will not be required for students going through this programme; however, TOEFL or IELTS is typically required for English proficiency.

HITAM has partnered with reputed US universities for BTech + MS courses in international universities. However, the institute offers several specialsiations in this BTech + MS (Integrated Twinning Programme) for the BTech course. The names of the partnered universities are:
