National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has given HITAM's BTech programmes their stamps of approval. Particularly, accreditation for CSE, ECE and EEE programmes is good until 2025, while MECH programmes are rated from 2022 to 2025. The purpose of accreditation is to confirm that the programs have quality in their curriculum, teachers, facilities and results. All HITAM programmes are also being considered for Tier-1 NBA accreditation which reflects the highest standards in the country.

HITAM provides minors in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IoT (Internet of Things) and Cyber Security, among others. You can take these minor programs together with your main BTech subject. Their main purpose is to equip students with more abilities and qualifications in fields on the rise. The use of a variety of subjects helps students get ready for different careers in the modern tech world.

The BTech Integrated Twinning programme is provided as a three-year study at HITAM and two years of study at the institute's international partner university. In this course, candidates are required to study for the first three years at HITAM and the remaining two years for an MS at International Partner University. Moreover, to get into an international university, the GRE will not be required for students going through this programme; however, TOEFL or IELTS is typically required for English proficiency.
