Yes, HITAM offers sports scholarships to BTech students. The scholarships are given to the students who are participants/achievers in the state-level sports competition. However, the amount of scholarships is greater for the candidates who are winners. The scholarships provided based on sports achievements are as follows:
- State-level winners/participants in academic competitions like Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, National Science Fair or exhibitions (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- State-level winners/participants in sports (Winners shall be given more weightage).

Yes, HITAM does offer scholarships to BTech students on the basis of ranks secured by the candidates in their EAPCET exam. Moreover, the college offers scholarships for students who are achievers/participants in sports and olympiads. The scholarships are mostly offered as a fee concession. To get the scholarships, candidates are required to apply from the official website of the institute.

The HITAM BTech course has been ranked by Times in the years 2022 and 2023. The ranking body has assigned the #90 rank in 2022 and the #80 rank in 2023 to the BTech course. Usually, the ranking allocated by Times is done after evaluating several parameters; some of the parameters are placement packages, faculty, alumni experiences, etc.

Times is a ranking body that mainly assigned ranks to Engineering courses. Moreover, Time uses both methods, including factual and perceptual data, to give a rank to any course. The total number of seats allocated to Integrated Twinning Programme at HITAM in the specialisation (B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering + Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Software Engineering or Engineering Management) is 120. To get admission into this course, candidates must secure 70% in any of the following – JEE Mains/ any state common entrance examination in engineering/ BITSAT/ other national or international engineering entrance examinations/ SAT, followed by a statement of intent (300 to 400 words) + PI.
