National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has given HITAM's BTech programmes their stamps of approval. Particularly, accreditation for CSE, ECE and EEE programmes is good until 2025, while MECH programmes are rated from 2022 to 2025. The purpose of accreditation is to confirm that the programs have quality in their curriculum, teachers, facilities and results. All HITAM programmes are also being considered for Tier-1 NBA accreditation which reflects the highest standards in the country.

HITAM has partnered with reputed US universities for BTech + MS courses in international universities. However, the institute offers several specialsiations in this BTech + MS (Integrated Twinning Programme) for the BTech course. The names of the partnered universities are:

Yes, HITAM offers sports scholarships to BTech students. The scholarships are given to the students who are participants/achievers in the state-level sports competition. However, the amount of scholarships is greater for the candidates who are winners. The scholarships provided based on sports achievements are as follows:
- State-level winners/participants in academic competitions like Mathematics Olympiad, Science Olympiad, National Science Fair or exhibitions (Winners shall be given more weightage).
- State-level winners/participants in sports (Winners shall be given more weightage).
