Yes, you can apply and pursue a course in a physician assistant course after B.Sc. Nursing. Physician assistants typically need a master's degree from an accredited educational programme. Admission to B.Tech. Is based on national level JEE entrance exam for Indian candidates. Candidates can apply for JEE Main exam for only three times. The entrance test will consist of total 50 questions for aptitude test, 2 questions for drawing test and 30 questions from mathematics. There will be negative marking for every wrong answer.

Yes, you can study through distance mode, but whether pursuing journalism through distance mode or not depends upon many cases. If you have done your BA in journalism also through correspondence mode, then I would not suggest you to go for distance learning.
