I will get metallurgy/biotech in NIT, Warangal but will get all the core branches in JNTU, Hyderabad. Which one should I opt for?

You can opt NIT Warangal, because if you are not having interest in a particular branch, then it is better not to compromise on the college. Moreover, if you opt NIT Warangal, based on your 1st year performance, you will have a chance to slide to core branches.

It completely depends upon on your EAMCET rank. If your rank is 10000, irrespective of your reservation you will get a free seat in the college allocated during counselling.

If you are from general category then it’s not possible. Last year’s closing was at 4198 for general category.

No, but you may get into any other private institutes affiliated to JNTUH. You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis.
