The courses offered by NIFT are full time courses. You will not be able to manage your studies with your job. You will only be able to pursue a course from NIFT if you give up your job as fashion courses are demanding and require full time dedication.

The waiting list is in queue. Once the other 112 are allotted the colleges your turn will come. But remember it's not necessary that you only get Hyderabad because if the other students go for other colleges then your number might shift and you might either get in fourth or fifth list of Pune, or 1st, second list of Noida or Hyderabad.

List of the top colleges are:
1. NATIONAL DAIRY RESEARCH INSTITUTE - [NDRI], KARNAL
2. GOVIND BALLABH PANT UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, PANTNAGAR
3. VETERINARY COLLEGE AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE - [VCRI], NAMAKKAL
4. COLLEGE OF VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES - [CVAS], BIKANER
For B.Sc. (Agriculture), the starting fee in colleges is approximately INR 10,000/- per year. It may vary as well.

There is no such reason of no cut-off for Hyderabad, but however, from the last year cut-offs, anything above 70 will give you good chance to convert SLS, Hyderabad.
