It is great to know that you are considering Finance sector for MBA. But, let me tell you, first that if you are wishing to pursue MBA in Finance, then you cannot afford to take any low graded college (even if its fees is quite low). You should to choose the best.
In my opinion, you need to go in Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. I hope you know very well that it is also called as Harvard of India. It's fees is really high (and selection criteria is also very rigorous), but ROI is good. Average Placement is normally INR. 20-25 lacs pa.
If not ISB, then you may go for IIM-B for it. IIMB is not in Hyderabad, but also the best college for MBA finance.

Admission Process
University of Hyderabad conducts entrance examinations in order to offer admission to aspirants in all programmes offered by it and its affiliated colleges. Admission process for majority of the courses offered at University of Hyderabad is such that aspirants need to first appear for a written entrance exam and thereafter take part in an interview round.
Written entrance exam conducted for University of Hyderabad (UoH) admissions is typically of two hours duration.
Apart from conducting its own written admission tests, University of Hyderabad also accepts scores/ranks of other entrance tests in order to shortlist students for admission in some programs.
