For changing your college, you have to clear all the exams of first year. Then you can apply to any college for migration but the college must be from the same university.

Hyderabad is better option than Pune in following ways-
1. Cost of living is less as Pune is very costly.
2. Food is very good and is a necessary requirement.
3. Technically better than Pune and has more opportunities.
4. Being close to Bangalore and Chennai, it provides you better chance of a job.
5. More competition better results.
