Aspirants who wish to apply for ICFAI University Sikkim BBA LLB (Hons) course must complete Class 12 with a 50% aggregate. Scores of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT), Law School Admission Test (LSAT) and the ICFAI Law School Admission Test (ILSAT 2021) will be given weightage. Students appearing for final examinations and awaiting results are also eligible for admission.

For admission to the BBA programme at  ICFAI University Sikkim, the aspirant must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria. Thus, only the aspirants who have passed Class 12 with a 55% aggregate are eligible for admission.
