ICSI exam Application Form

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act of 1980, is a government-recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India. The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the Company Law Board. ICSI begins the CS Executive, Professional exam enrollment soon after the declaration of results. Candidates willing to appear for the ICSI CS Dec 2024 session must enroll for the exam on or before the last date. Candidates will be required to pay the examination fee per module. ICSI CS Executive exam registration is ongoing, for the June 2025 session (both modules). CS Executive 2025 registration is open throughout the year for the exam conducted in June and December. 

ICSI CS December 2025 enrollment process commenced on August 26, 2025. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. The enrollment form, once submitted, cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit a few details. No separate request fora  change in the enrollment form will be entertained. Check below to know the details that can be edited once the windows open:

• Change of centre
• Change of modules
• Change of medium
• Cancellation of exception request
• Submission of call for the requisite documents for granting an exception based on a higher qualification

Candidates must submit the following documents along with the ICSI CS application form to avail the scribe facility:

• Disability Certificate issue by the Medical Board/doctor of not below the rank of Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of a Central or State Govt. Hospital/ Medical College, certifying the nature (permanent or temporary) and percentage of disability and its duration affecting his/her ability and/or the
  normal physical functions, and
• Letter of permission issue, if any, by Sr. Secondary Board/University in 10th, 10+2, or Degree Examination in which Candidate had appeared; or
• Permission granted by other reputed professional institutes/educationalexamining bodies, such as: UPSC, SSC, State Public Service Commission, etc., allowing such assistance for appearing of a Scribe and/or Extra-time in the earlier Examinations, and
• Full size photography showing the disability. 

To fill ICSI CS Executive examination application form, candidates must keep following documents ready to avoid any last minute rush:

1. Photograph of candidate
2. Signature of candidate
3. DOB certificate or 10th pass certificate
4. Qualification certificate- Class 12th marksheet/certificate or CSEET pass certificate
5. Category certificate (if any except general)
6. Any of following identity proof- Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID /Pan Card/Driving License/Ratio Card

Upload scanned documents in mentioned size and format mentioned below:

1. All files should be present in one of the following formats (jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, pdf).
2. Maximum allowed file size is 2 MBs.
3. File size of student photos should be between 20kb to 50kb.
4. File Size of student signature should be between 10kb to 20kb.

ICSI CS Professional application form can be filled in online mode only. To fill the application form candidates are advised to stay updated with the cutoff date. Refer the steps below to know how to fill ICSI CS Professional December 2025 registration form:

Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu

Step 2- Enter the login details

Step 3- Go to 'My Account' under the tab 'Student'

Step 4- Click Professional Registration under “Payment Request” option.

Step 5- Upload pass mark sheet of both modules of Executive Programme. 

Step 6- Pay the application fee of INR 12000

Step 7- Download Registration Letter / E-Identity Card
