ICSI CS Executive passing marks refers to minimum score required by cadidates in each subject to qualify the CS Executive exam. As per ICSI, candidates must score minimum 40 percent in each subject and 50% overall to qyalify the examination. Candidates failing to meet the CS Executive qualifying criteria will not be considered pass. They shall appear for the CS Executive examination in upcoming session.

ICSI CS Executive result 2025 for December session will be announced on February 25, 2026 at icsi.edu. Candidates who will appear for the ICSI CS Executive Dec 2025 exam can download the scorecard online. ICSI will declare the CS Executive Dec 2025 result at 2 PM. Candidates will be able to know their subject-wise score.

Candidates must achieve  a minimum of 40 % marks in each paper and secure an overall aggregate of at least 50% in each group. The CS executive exam will be divided into two modules - Moduke I and Module II. As per the CS executive paper pattern, candidates have to solve both objective and descriptive questions.

Marking scheme:

  • For descriptive/subjective questions: There is no negative marking 
  • For objective questions: 0.25 mark to be deducted for each wrong response and 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer.

To pass the ICSI CS exam, candidates must score at least 40% in each subject and 50% overall. For the CS Executive exam in 2023, candidates must pass both modules with at least 40% in each paper and 50% in all papers. 
 
 

Exam Pattern of CS Executive 2023

As mentioned above, the CS Executive exam will be divided into two modules - Module I and Module II. Candidates can fill the CS Executive exam form either for a single module or both modules altogether depending upon their preference. As per the CS Executive paper pattern, candidates have to solve both objective and descriptive questions.

If not cleared, candidates can choose to re-appear for the ICSI CS executive examination for the upcoming session. ICSI conducts CS Executive exam twice in a year- June and December. Candidates can re-appear for the exam if they have not cleared the examination in current attempt. Such candidates must ensure to enroll for the exam within the given period. The CS Executive December 2025 enrolment without late fee is ongoing.
