Registration is now open for the ICSI CS December 2024 examinations. Until October 10, 2024, candidates may register without incurring a late charge. Following this deadline, candidates will have to pay an extra late fee during the October 11–October 15, 2024, late registration period. The actual exam is planned to occur between December 21 and December 30, 2024.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, constituted under the Company Secretaries Act of 1980, is a government-recognized body that produces Company Secretaries in India. The course of Company Secretaryship was introduced in 1960 by the Company Law Board. ICSI begins the CS Executive, Professional exam enrollment soon after the declaration of results. ICSI CS June 2026 enrollment window without late fee will has opened. Candidates can enroll for ICSI CS Executive and CS Professional June 2026 till March 25 (without late fee) and April 09 (with late fee). Only candidates who have registered for the ICSI CS examination will be able to enroll for the exam. Candidates enrolling after prescribed last date will have to pay the late fee of INR 250.

ICSI CS June 2026 enrollment process will commence on February 26, 2026. Candidates while filling the enrollment form are advised to enter the details carefully. The enrollment form, once submitted, cannot be edited. However, authorities open the windows for enrollment services wherein candidates can edit a few details. Candidates who have already registered for the CS Executive programme/ CS Professional programme can enroll for the programme online. To fill ICSI CS Executive examination application form, candidates must keep following documents ready to avoid any last minute rush:
- Photograph of candidate
- Signature of candidate
- DOB certificate or 10th pass certificate
- Qualification certificate- Class 12th marksheet/certificate or CSEET pass certificate
- Category certificate (if any except general)
- Any of following identity proof- Aadhaar Card/Passport/Voter ID /Pan Card/Driving License/Ratio Card

ICSI CS Professional application form can be filled in online mode only. To fill the application form candidates are advised to stay updated with the cutoff date. Refer the steps below to know how to fill ICSI CS Professional Dec 2026 registration form:
Step 1- Visit the official website- icsi.edu
Step 2- Enter the login details
Step 3- Go to 'My Account' under the tab 'Student'
Step 4- Click Professional Registration under “Payment Request” option.
Step 5- Upload pass mark sheet of both modules of Executive Programme.
Step 6- Pay the application fee of INR 12000
Step 7- Download Registration Letter / E-Identity Card
