IELTS

International students from non-English speaking countries are required to demonstrate proficiency in the English language. Below we provide an overall score of English proficiency requirements. There are no minimum requirements for band scores, which are subject to change. The overall English language requirements for TMU are:

*Computer Networks, Master of Engineering Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Communication and Culture, Management (PhD), MBA, Master of Science in Management, PMDip-Accounting and Journalism.

The University of Central Missouri accepts Duolingo score for admission from international students. A proof of English language proficiency score has to be submitted by the international students in order to take admission at UCM. In place of Duolingo score, students can also submit IELTS or TOEFL score. The scores required in Duolingo at the undergraduate and graduate levels are given below:

• Undergraduate: 95
• Graduate: 120

To take admission as an international student at Central Missouri University, an IELTS score can be submitted to demonstrate English language proficiency. Apart from the IELTS score, students can also submit TOEFL / Duolingo score. The scores required in these English language tests are given below:

To study in the top-ranked MS Universities in Australia, the applicants may be required to submit English language proficiency scores.  So, for admission at top ranked MS in Australia universities, the applicants should score an overall 6.5 in IELTS. Besides IELTS, TOEFL / PTE score are also accepted by majority of Australian universities for admission to MS.  

At the undergraduate and graduate levels, the minimum IELTS score required is 6.5 as an international student. Given below are the specific scores required in each type of English proficiency exam: 

IELTS speaking becomes easier to master by using exact vocabulary and pronunciation. Speaking is the most important component of the IELTS exam. You can learn more about IELTS Speaking and achieve the desired marks. 

The IELTS score requirement at TRU varies as per the courses. So, for direct entry into the undergraduate academic programs, the applicants need 6.5+ with no bands below 6.0 in IELTS. On the other hand, the IELTS score requirement for graduate programs varies from course to course. The general IELTS score range for admission to graduate programs is 6.0+ - 7.0+. Bocconi University requires all international students to demonstrate an English language knowledge equal to B2 level. However, if a candidate does not have an English proficiency exam score (IELTS/TOEFL/Duolingo) and meets one of the criterias listed below, then they are eligible to get enrolled in Bocconi University.

• University qualification or secondary school Diploma completed in English; OR
• English exam at B2 level or higher passed in a university course; OR
• English is mother tongue.
