Computer Science and Software Engineering have quite a bit of overlap at the University of Ottawa. There are benefits to both fields, but I would say that at every university, you have the opportunity to become an excellent software developer. It is 90% of your own efforts, and up to 10% related to the university that you go to.

Yes, those who are appearing for the GRE and GMAT also need to give TOEFL and IELTS tests in order to prove their English language proficiency.
