Hi Harmandeep,
Which college will accept you is not possible for anyone to tell. There are so many colleges and also, you did not mention which country. However, your grades and all are fine so admission chances are decent. Also if your IELTS is little less a college may accept you if your profile is very good. Colleges abroad also have many foundation programs in English language that can be done if you do meet IELTS requirements. Check college websites for all these kind of details.

Yes, you can easily go for the January intake. September is still possible since you have cleared your IELTS, now only thing left for you are selecting college, securing admission and visa procedure.

Hello,IELTS score is valid for only two years, so if you want to apply after two years then you have to give exam second time after two years.

Yes, GRE is not mandatory at all in Canada. It will just enhance your application of admission. IELTS is very important and score at least 6.5 bands with 6 minimum in each component.

There is a slight chance to get admission as only few colleges accept 6 band and since your academic scores is also not very good so you need a strong LOR (Letter of Recommendation) and SOP (Statement of Purpose) to make your application strong.
