6.5 ILETS is not bad. You can easily get good colleges in Canada for Chemistry.

You need a minimum overall score of 6.5, with a minimum score of 6.0 in each category for the Academic test. Minimum accepted scores vary depending on institution requirements.

For Master’s degree, you need minimum 6.5 band overall and each component 6 band. For Bachelor’s degree, you need over all 6 and each component 5.5 band.
