Well first, you need to check the admission deadlines, you have not mentioned where you plan to apply and all. You have to check if the universities will accept applications till July for classes in January. Just follow the university timeline, it is not possible to comment on your question since its very vague. Typically, around 8-10 months is required for the whole application process.

It is hard to tell, there are many colleges each having different requirements. Your CGPA is quite good but try to retake your IELTS since its very low for applying to a PG programme. You can also take some counselling services for studying abroad.

Your GMAT score is pretty low. But, there are some good colleges that NIT requires GMAT score.
1. Northwestern University Kellogg Executive MBA
This programme requires you to have at least eight years of work experience with an average of 12-15 years. It spans over two years and covers all aspects of general management. The GMAT score is usually not needed; the admissions committee would review the application and decide if it's required.
