The best strategy is to keep taking mock tests regularly. If you have already taken the SAT you know your weak areas. College board has plenty of resources for online study. Your grades are way below average to study in Canada. A minimum 75% is required. Also, there is no MBBS as such, you have to apply for a Bachelor's degree, clear MCAT and start your medical studies.
